✶ OUR STORY ✶ During the restoration of our newly purchased property, we discovered something magical; three carved trisquels on wooden panels. Each tells a different story, which inspired us to name our three casitas after the ancient spirits and traditions of this special place. We named our Casita Xana after the mythical Asturian forest fairy who guards nature's treasures and springs. This charming cabin-like casita is where we invite you to experience the authentic rural lifestyle of Asturias while enjoying easy access to outdoor adventures.

✶ YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME ✶ Casita Xana has been designed with a cozy living area featuring traditional rustic elements and a practical kitchen where you can prepare meals using local ingredients. We've arranged three comfortable sleeping spaces - a main bedroom with either a king bed or two singles, a loft bedroom with a double bed, and an open plan bedroom with a single bed. This layout comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults, making it ideal for families or small groups exploring Asturias together.

✶ YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE ✶ Casita Xana has its own private seating area perfect for morning coffee while taking in the panoramic mountain views. The shared grounds include a

peaceful area sheltered by a large walnut tree, comfortable sun loungers for enjoying the northern Spanish sunshine, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities where you can prepare local produce. The spacious lawn areas provide room for children to play while adults relax, and we've positioned seating spots throughout the property to capture different views of the rural landscape. Whether you're planning a meal under the stars or reading with the mountains as your backdrop, these outdoor spaces offer the perfect way to experience Asturian country living.

Like the mythical Xana fairy who enchanted travellers in these forests, Casita Xana offers a simple yet magical retreat.
✶ OUR LOCATION ✶ Casita Xana at Caserío Arcenoyu in Celada (33318 Villaviciosa, Asturias) is perfectly positioned for discovering the region's natural and cultural treasures. We can guide you to the historic town of Villaviciosa with its cider houses and Romanesque architecture, recommend traditional Asturian villages, and direct you to the best local producers of the region's famous Cabrales cheese. The beautiful beaches around Villaviciosa estuary are 25 minutes away, while the Picos de Europa National Park can be reached in under an hour for day trips.
