How do we welcome you to our Asturian casitas?
Once you book any of our three casitas, we'll send detailed check-in instructions. We offer both self-check-in options and personal welcomes depending on when you arrive - we want to make sure you feel at home from the moment you get here.
Can we accommodate late arrivals at our mountain retreat?
Absolutely! Our self-check-in system works perfectly for late arrivals at all three casitas. Just let us know in advance if you're arriving after 20:00 (8:00 PM) so we can send you through the instructions.
Is parking included at our Asturias property?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking space right here at Casitas Arcenoyu for all our guests. No need to worry about finding a spot!
How do we choose between Casita Xana, Casita Trisquel, and Casita Flor de Agua?
Each casita has its own personality:
Casa Xana (4 guests, 3 bedrooms) - Perfect for families and groups seeking adventure
Casa Trisquel (3 guests, 1 bedroom + desk) - Ideal for couples and remote workers wanting intimate mountain views
Casa Flor de Agua (3 guests, 1 bedroom) - Best for peaceful retreats and romantic getaways

Are our mountain casitas accessible for guests with mobility needs?
All our casitas have internal stairs and traditional layouts with compact spaces, so they may not suit guests with mobility limitations. Please contact us about your specific needs - we're always happy to discuss what might work best.

We've stocked each casita with everything to make your stay comfortable:

Yes! All three casitas have complimentary high-speed WiFi through fiber optic cable. The connection is reliable and fast enough for video calls - perfect if you're working remotely with mountain views (Casita Trisquel even has a dedicated desk!).
What entertainment do we provide in our casitas?
Each casita features a smart TV in the living area. You can connect to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc. using your personal accounts. Though we also encourage you to disconnect and enjoy our natural surroundings!
How close are we to Villaviciosa's famous cider houses?
The charming town of Villaviciosa is just 15 minutes from our front door. We can guide you to the best traditional sidrerías where they still pour cider the authentic way - it's a must-do Asturian experience!

We're perfectly positioned for beach day trips! Here are our favorites:

We're sorry, but we don't allow pets at any of our casitas.
What are the quiet hours at our mountain retreat?
Quiet hours begin at 23:00 (11:00 PM) until 10.00 including use of the washing machines. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to preserve the peaceful rural atmosphere that makes this place so special.
Can we host gatherings at our Asturian casitas?
Please contact us about any gatherings - we're happy to discuss what works best while respecting our neighbors and other guests.
Is smoking permitted in our Asturias casita?
No smoking inside our Casitas, but you're welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas where we provide ashtrays.
What cleaning services do we provide?
We include light daily cleaning and rubbish removal. For stays of 4+ days, we can change towels and bed linen on request.
Do we provide laundry facilities?
Yes, Casitas Arcenoyu has a washing machine (free) and dryer (paid) for your convenience during longer stays.

When we bought our property, we discovered carved Celtic triskelion symbols on wooden panels throughout the buildings. Each told a different story, inspiring us to name our casitas after the ancient spirits and traditions of this special place:
